My Unforgettable Journey at the University of Southern California

Graduating from the University of Southern California (USC) was a transformative milestone in my life. USC, renowned for its academic excellence, vibrant campus life, and global alumni network, offered me more than just a degree; it provided a foundation for my career, an array of cherished memories, and invaluable life lessons that I carry forward today.

At USC, I pursued M.S. (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Design. I graduated with honours with a CGPA of 3.81/4.00 and was presented a medal of distinction by the governor of California at that time, Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Yes, Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger also known as the terminator from the movie series. The Terminator.

The courses were thoughtfully designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, pushing me to think critically, solve complex problems, and question conventional wisdom. Each semester presented a new academic adventure, from foundational subjects to specialized electives, which deepened my expertise and honed my skills.

One of the defining features of my education at USC was the opportunity to collaborate on various projects and research initiatives. I distinctly remember my involvement in Product Design, Intellectual Property (Patents), Finite Element analysis (FEA) using software such as Abacus as well as using MATLAB and running code, Heat Treatment specially the Iron Carbon Diagram amongst so may more things. This experience was more than just academic; it was a collaborative effort that taught me resilience, teamwork, and the importance of innovation. I had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds from all over the world, learning from esteemed professors who encouraged curiosity and instilled a lifelong passion for learning.

I am immensely grateful for the people who played a pivotal role in my USC journey. Firstly, my professors and mentors were instrumental in shaping my intellectual and professional outlook. These individuals have not only been an integral part of my USC experience but continue to be a source of inspiration and camaraderie.

Whether it was attending Trojan football games, late-night study sessions at the Leavey Library, cycling to and from the university, those early morning shifts of my part time job or simply enjoying the beauty of the campus, each moment added a unique layer to my college experience.

I had the chance to visit so many places like the Hollywood, Rhodeo Drive, Universal Studios, Disneyland, October Fest, Halloween parties, Santa Monica Boulevard, Las Vegas, New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, San Diego, etc., that the combined memories of those time is to be cherished forever.
